Ryan Brandt, Owner
Growing up in Sandy Springs, Ryan achieved a top 100 national ranking in singles and a top 10 national ranking in doubles. Upon high school graduation, Ryan continued his tennis career playing for the University of Georgia. After finishing up at UGA, Ryan became a staff pro at Baskin Tennis Academy before becoming part owner of the Tennis Academy of Georgia. In 2011, Ryan founded the Brandt Tennis Academy in Roswell, GA. Ryan brings over 23 years of coaching experience to BTA.
Melinda Trimby, Staff Pro
After growing up in Ringgold, GA and playing most of her junior tennis in Chattanooga, TN, Melinda continued her tennis career playing for Tennessee Wesleyan College. Before joining Brandt Tennis Academy in 2014, Melinda was a staff pro at Dunwoody Country Club. Melinda brings over 12 years of coaching experience to BTA.
Stacy Short, Staff Pro
Stacy grew up in Marietta, GA, achieving a top 5 state ranking in singles and a top 10 national ranking in doubles. After a successful collegiate career at Middle Tennessee State University, Stacy moved back home to Atlanta and spent time as a staff pro at Marietta Country Club and Old Towne Athletic Club before coming to Brandt Tennis Academy. Stacy brings over 17 years of coaching experience to BTA.
